Residents can place various type of garbage including bags and cardboard for pick-up by a company such as us. It eliminates the need for tenants to carry their heavy bags of trash down flights of stairs and make a difficult trip to the dumpster. Waste is picked up nightly and transported to the compactor which takes away the element of residents struggling to operate the machinery and eliminating pile up of the area.
